Company Roles

Automotive Intelligence Group LLC dba Express Warranty (operating address: 111 SW 5th Ave, Suite 3150, Portland, OR 97204) is the marketer and seller of vehicle service contracts ("VSCs"). Express Warranty is not the administrator or obligor of any VSC.

Dealer Loyalty Protection, LLC ("DLP") is the administrator of the vehicle service contracts marketed through this website. DLP is responsible for processing and adjudicating claims under the terms of each contract.

The obligor (the party financially responsible for covered repairs) is identified by name in your individual contract documents. Please refer to your contract for the specific obligor applicable to your coverage.

Vehicle Service Contracts

VSCs are not insurance products. They are service agreements between the contract holder and the obligor named in the contract. Coverage terms, conditions, and exclusions are set forth in the individual service contract documents provided at the time of purchase.

Availability of specific plans may vary by state. Not all plans are available in all states. Please refer to your contract documents for the terms applicable to your coverage.

State Registrations

VSCs are administered by DLP and backed by the obligor identified in each contract. Where required by state law, the administrator and/or obligor maintain appropriate registrations, licenses, or reimbursement insurance policies. Express Warranty does not represent that it holds VSC administrator or obligor licenses in any state.

Financing

Financing for vehicle service contracts is provided through Line 5, an independent financing partner. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms of the financing agreement. Express Warranty is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
